Due to their rapid expansion, NOMENTA is looking for qualified talents to fill in the positions of a R&D Manager and a Senior Purchasing Manager.
2.1 JOB DESCRIPTION AND SKILL MIX REQUIRED
Job Title: R&D Manager
Job Location: Panyu, Guangzhou – China
Reporting line: CEO/Director
Responsible for: Contribution to the adequate Research & Development activities for electronic goods.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Research & Development of electronic products;
- Perform product / market /technical feasibility study;
- Define project schedule;
- Technical and Costing proposal;
- Best supplier base sourcing;
- Define product specifications/criteria;
Personal Skills and Abilities:
- Good command in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken. Cantonese a plus;
- Familiar with technology platform/solution;
- Experienced in Product safety approvals & standards;
- Experienced in dealing with suppliers in Guangdong and preferably in other regions in China.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to tackle challenges in a creative and dynamic manner
- Proactive customer focused approach and results-oriented
- Committed, loyal, honest and assertive
Education:
- Bachelor degree or higher preferably in electronic/mechanical engineering
Professional Experience:
• Minimum 8 years experience in a similar function
Package:
- According to experience and market situation; estimated between 300 to 350 KHKD per year with additional bonus.
Job Title: Senior Purchasing Manager
Job Location: Panyu, Guangzhou – China
Reporting line: CEO/DIRECTOR
Responsible for: Contribution to the smooth purchasing management of the operation
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Develop the purchasing systems;
- Supervise the Purchasing team;
- Analyse Costs/build-up product;
- Formulate/Maintain/Review suppliers;
- Identify Key cost saving elements
Personal Skills and Abilities:
- Strong skills in supplier management;
- Good command in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken. Cantonese a plus;
- A team player with strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to tackle challenges in a creative and dynamic manner
- Result-oriented, analytical and independent, take initiative;
- Committed, loyal, honest and assertive
Education:
- Bachelor degree or higher preferably in electronic/mechanical engineering
Professional Experience:
- 10 years experience in a similar function
Package:
- According to experience and market situation; estimated between 120 to 150 KHKD per year with additional bonus.
